Drums Played:
DW Exotics, in Curly Maple, consisting of 8", 10", 12", 14", and 16" toms. The bass drum is 22 x 18 with a 22 x 8 sub-woofer with an internal mic system in both so it could be used with or without the sub woofer...

The DW matching snare is 13 x 7.

My cymbals were painstakingly hand pick through the years and consist of all Zildjian K's and A's. The ride is 22" K custom, my high hats are 14" K custom, the crashes consist of K 14" and 16" Dark A 17" and 19" customs, a vintage 20" Avedis ride crash, and my effects 18" oriental thrash stacked with a 12" oriental effects cymbal, 10" A custom splash stacked with a 10" signature Max Stax Sabian, and after walking by and slapping this 10" meinl rakes I just had to buy it! It's an awesome little splash and these cymbals are usually set up with any kit that I play.

I truly believe that no two cymbals are the same and must be hand picked and preferably matched and purchased together in one shot which I did many years ago....MORE

I actually acquired these on E bay a few years ago from a guy who put his dream kit together, these DW's. He was from Spokane Washington, that is where the drums were shipped. The manufacturers born date stamped in each drum is February 4th 2002. He was very much into woods and finishes since he now owns his own drum company, is involved with many drum building web sites and mainly deals in woods more than veneers. Thanks to his knowledge of wood and depth's and diameters this set came about and he dealt directly with DW himself to put this kit together, so he deserves the credit more than myself!

I just knew what I was looking for and had the money at the time to purchase My dream kit.

So now that they are mine, and you all know that I can't take all the credit! I just knew what I was looking for at the time.
